Andrea Campagner
Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains
no matter how improbable, must be the truth
About
My name is Andrea Campagner and I'm a PhD Student in Computer Science @ University of Milano-Bicocca, working in the MUDI (Modeling Uncertainty, Decisions and Interaction) lab.
My research interest lie at the intersection of Machine Learning, Uncertainty Representation and Human-Computer Interaction. Thus, I'm particularly interested in the following topics:
Formal models of uncertainty (Rough Sets, Fuzzy Sets, Imprecise Probability)
Weakly Supervised Learning
Cautious/Robust/Selective Learning and Conformal Prediction
Computational Learning Theory
Ensemble Learning
Explainable Artificial Intelligence
Human-AI Interaction
AI-supported Decision Making
I'm also interested, more in general, in Medical Artificial Intelligence and Theoretical Computer Science (Logics, Complexity Theory, etc.)
